Project Enigma

A multi-phase community project uniting football, rugby, cricket and more

We are thrilled to share our ambitious plans for a transformative new All-Weather Pitch and Sports & Activity Pavilion at Manor Fields in Bletchley.

Manor Fields is currently home to Bletchley Rugby Club, Bletchley Town Cricket Club, and MK Irish Football Club. Our vision is to expand this site into a truly multi-functional, multi-sport community hub.

In recognition of the area’s sporting diversity, we have engaged a wide range of local clubs and organisations in the development of this project, including MK Netters (netball), MK Breakers (basketball), MK Hockey, and MK Archery, among others.

This exciting initiative has the backing of Milton Keynes City Council, relevant governing bodies, and a range of key stakeholders.

Project Enigma Mockup

It addresses the growth demands of an ambitious city, providing accessible and affordable sports facilities that help meet both current and future needs.

This project is not just about facilities—it’s about impact. It represents a step change for our clubs and the wider community, offering enhanced opportunities for participation, health, and connection.

The development will be delivered in phases. Phase 1 will focus on the construction of a state-of-the-art all-weather pitch, including essential infrastructure and drainage upgrades. Phase 2 will deliver the new Sports & Activity Pavilion building and indoor sports arena.
