A challenging night in the Gladwish Challenge Trophy saw a rotated MK Irish side fall 3-1 away to Dunstable Town. Despite an early lead, Irish conceded three goals in a ten-minute spell in the first half, ultimately sealing their defeat despite a valiant second-half push.

MK Irish continued their impressive league run with a comfortable 3-0 win against Wormley Rovers, securing another three points with a commanding performance at home. Goals from Spence, Shrieves, and Hirst ensured Irish never looked back after an early lead, while a solid defensive showing kept the visitors at bay.

Back to league action, MK Irish faced newly promoted Winslow United, a side that had started the season strongly with five consecutive wins but had seen their form dip in recent weeks. Despite heavy rain and flooding concerns, the match went ahead thanks to exceptional work by the ground staff, ensuring the pitch was in top condition.

MK Irish continued their FA Vase journey with a 2-1 victory over Irchester United in challenging conditions. Playing just a short distance from Wellingborough, whom Irish had beaten in the previous round, the team faced heavy rainfall and thunderstorms overhead as they kicked off.

MK Irish maintained their perfect start to the league season with a 2-0 win over Colney Heath. Goals from Mason Spence and a late long-range strike by Ben Shepherd secured the victory, while Irish’s defense kept another clean sheet, continuing their record of not conceding a goal in league play.

The team are back in action again on Tuesday as they travel to Aylesbury Vale Dynamos.
